Shipping Policy
All individual orders to be shipped to addresses in Canada will be charged a shipping fee of CAD $24.95 (includes taxes) at the time of check-out.
All individual orders to be shipped to addresses in the US will be charged a shipping fee of CAD $29.95 (includes taxes & all Canadian & US Customs declarations) at the time of check-out.
Shipping is typically handled by Canada Post Expedited Parcel which takes 5 - 6 business days within Canada or to the US. For quicker service, please contact customer service as additional costs will apply.
FOR FUNDRAISING ORDERS, you will be assigned a designated customer service representative that will work with your file. As a guideline, we typically charge shipping to one (1) destination based on the total number of units purchased on the final purchase order:
0 - 99 units = Customer pays 100% of shipping costs
100 - 249 units = Customer pays 50% of shipping costs
250+ units = FREE shipping
